Lemont Town Center

Project Description

The Village of Lemont has contacted with the Marquette Companies, integrator of the Town Builders Collaborative, to master plan and re-develop its downtown into a vibrant mixed-use pedestrian friendly district. The first phase, known as the "Downtown Canal District I Redevelopment Project" consists of 33 acres in the heart of downtown Lemont along its existing, but underutilized, canal waterways.

Site Map The 20 year phased development program anticipates a 233 acre Village Town Center comprised of 5000 residential units, retail, entertainment and service venues, active canal waterways, and various neighborhood community facilities, such as schools, churches, community center, public recreational space, etc. The project, upon completion, is valued at more than $1B and will generate more than $200M of TIF public infrastructure improvements for the Village of Lemont.
